Terms of Use
1. Any extension of credit by Renoks shall be made solely upon the terms, conditions and policies contained herein or published by
Renoks. Renoks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to extend credit at any time or not to honor any order prior to
delivery thereof.
2. The undersigned agrees to pay any and all invoices from Renoks, its successors and assigns, according to the respective terms of
sale of each such invoice.
3. In the event that any invoice or other debt is not paid in accordance with the terms of the invoice, an interest charge equal to
1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be applied to the past-due amount. In addition, the undersigned agrees to pay all collection
costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by Renoks. All payments received Renoks on past-due accounts
shall be first applied to interest, collection costs and expenses, and then to reduce any outstanding balance due.
4. Any returned check, NSF or stop payment will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee or 10% of the check amount, whichever is
greater.
5. In the event a credit or debit card is used to pay an outstanding balance due Renoks, a 3% processing fee will be charged to the
amount of the payment. This does not apply to purchases made with a credit card or debit card at the time of sale.
6. Many of the manufacturers represented by Renoks may have a Minimum Advertised Price policy often referred to as MAP.
Renoks supports such policies to the extent permitted by state and federal law.
7. Renoks will not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase. Damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the
shipment. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returned items must be new, unused, re-sellable
condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by Renoks. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client
– all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the client. When approved for inspection, a
return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and
packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. All approved RMA’s must be returned within 10 days of
return authorization. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 5% of the item cost.
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by RENOKS in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
A. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be
restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from RENOKS. Accepted return will be assessed a 15%
restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
B. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to
extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your RENOKS. Accepted return will be assessed a 20% restocking
charge, except that RENOKS merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will
be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
C. Merchandise classified by RENOKS as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
D. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
E. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
F. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by RENOKS, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
G. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by RENOKS.
H. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
I. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and
money processed for return.
8. If a shipment is refused and is returned by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to
reship the item(s). This includes shipments that were unable to be delivered after multiple attempts.
9. Renoks does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for
defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the
manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warrant items is the responsibility of the customer.
10. Any item designated as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled once it has been placed on order, and cannot be returned regardless
of the circumstances.
11. All purchase orders must be in hard copy format (mail, fax, or email) and use the appropriate part numbers. Renoks cannot
accept verbal purchase orders.
12. Prices are subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Renoks. If a pricing error occurs, we
will either refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the different.
13. Renoks Cash Credit is a prepayment balance towards Renoks products. Any outstanding balance in the Renoks account is
refundable within 90 days. Cash credit that is over 90 days can only be redeemed as a store credit. Store credits may be used to
purchase products or services from Renoks. Commissions, Affiliate Credits and Rewards may be redeemed as store credit only
towards Renoks products or services.
14. Unless otherwise specified, RENOKS product lines carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. RENOKS warrants that all of its brand and
private label products shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for as long as they shall have been and shall remain
properly installed on the vehicle for which they were originally purchased. This warranty does not extend to products,
which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear. This warranty applies to only those products that shall
have been installed to accepted industry standards by a recognized professional service dealer. Subsequent repair or
replacement claims must receive approval from RENOKS prior to commencement of work. The warranty does not
extend to instances of incorrect installation, or damage resulting from collision, negligence, misuse or alteration.
RENOKS's liability extends only to the repair or, in RENOKS's discretion, replacement of the defective product, but does
not cover any ancillary damage or labor costs. Any RENOKS product found to be defective shall be repaired or replaced
through its original supplying wholesale distributor, accompanied by original purchase receipt. Alternatively, RENOKS
may credit the sales price therefore toward future purchases by Buyer. RENOKS shall not be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damage of any kind or nature (including without limitation losses of profits, revenues, customer
relationships or business opportunities) arising out of or related to any delay in delivery of, or failure of or with respect to, goods
sold or shipped or any other performance or nonperformance, whether or not such damage is a direct result of the failure of
RENOKS's product. Customer hereby waives any and all implied warranties with respect to RENOKS's products.
Warranty from third party brands that RENOKS resells through wholesale distribution does not apply to the above warranty.
Warranty by non-RENOKS brand/private labeled products will be handled directly by the direct appropriate manufacturer.
15. All pictures may not represent the actual product, the pictures are for advertising purposes only.
16. Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from RENOKS within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or
damaged merchandise must be submitted to RENOKS no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
17. Any warranty or complaint issues between the end consumer and the Buyer must be handled and taken care of by the Buyer. If
the Buyer cancels the RENOKS membership or has the account terminated, RENOKS will resolve any outstanding issues or warranty
claims directly with the end consumer. The Buyer agrees not to instruct the end consumer to contact RENOKS directly unless
instructed so by RENOKS.
18. RENOKS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason whatsoever and to revoke any transactions on
standby or your membership in RENOKS and your access to the website, content, and services without prior notice to you.
